How it works

Our process is designed to be quick and simple:

1. You tell us what you are looking for (be picky, after all, it’s your job we are talking about).
2. Save and name your unique search.
3. We go to the web and look for jobs that meet those parameters.
4. We present those jobs to you so you can apply or move on to the next one.

That’s it!  Our app will curate the results carefully so you only get the jobs that match your criteria, we remove the duplicates and the mismatches.  You may adjust your search parameters at any time and re-run the search. Our powerful search function allows you to dial-in exactly what meets your needs.

Once you get the results, our app lets you easily decide which jobs to keep and which ones to discard, using an interface that is fast, easy-to-use and familiar!

Next, you go to the jobs you have saved and apply to the ones you want.

Our app will remember which ones you applied to, so there is no need for you to track this separately.  By the way… those jobs you discarded, will not show up again in your next search; we’ll keep them out permanently.

Your next search continues to get easier… we will apply your saved search parameters and only show you the new jobs since your last search.  No duplicates, no stale listings. You only get what matters, saving you a huge amount of time and wasted effort.
